Strong interest in the topic of “Non-Ferrous Metals and Minerals”

From September 11th to 15th, the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk attracted national and international visitors for three important industry conferences. Under the roof of “Non-Ferrous Metals and Minerals”, the focus was on aluminium, gold and finally on non-ferrous, rare and precious metals.  In addition, the congress hosted also an international meeting on contemporary issues of comprehensive processing technologies.

More than 700 experts from 24 countries and a total of 194 companies were welcomed in Krasnoyarsk. During the conference, the visitors of the conference enjoyed the unique opportunity to engage in an exchange of ideas and new developments in the wide field of non-ferrous metals.

The programme was complemented by four round tables dedicated to precious metals, pot relining, problems of aluminium processing, and innovations.

Seven shared its expertise in the field with two presentations: “Refractories for Aluminum Production” by Marco Tonidandel, Business Development Manager of Seven Refractories, Slovenia and “Seven Refractories for the aluminum industry” – Kirin A.G., Business Development Director of Seven Refractories, Russia.
